Victor Klassen is the president of Skipping Stone Communication Inc. (SSC), an Ottawa-based consulting firm that offers services related to marketing, sales, communications, stakeholder relationship management, and workplace performance to public and private sector clients. In 2002, PEAK and SSC pooled talents to form Conatus Performance, a division that focuses on two key areas: workplace performance and leadership training. He has held high-level executive positions with prominent international firms, startups, and established businesses in a broad range of industries throughout Canada and the U.S. Mr. Klassen presently serves on the advisory boards of Zim Technologies, ICIT America, Future Path Development Group, and Windermere Technologies.

Mr. Alvarez has led international teams and worked side-by-side with CEOs and senior management staff of corporations representing a broad range of industries in Latin America, the USA, Europe, and the Middle East. His has applied AQ to the fields of manufacturing, media / entertainment, resources, and consumer goods. Mr. Alvarez speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
